Refund/cancellation policy
Refunds on month to month memberships are NOT offered. In addition, refunds on our 10 and 20 punch cards are NOT offered. We do require 1 month notice of cancellation on our 6 month and 1 year memberships.
We do acknowledge that unforeseen events do happen, which is why we offer a refund on our long term memberships. If you do require a refund, please speak with David Loiseau in person in order to facilitate the refund.
